Return Policy

We want you to love your Take Heart items as much as we do!

If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or have changed your mind. Our return policy applies only to items that are misprinted, damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the order number, along with a photo showing the issue.

​Not that there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@takeheart.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sizing 

Please refer to the size and product descriptions for each item. We include model size information on each product for you to reference.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
